Once you have submitted your resume, it will be reviewed by a recruiter at CD Alliance Inc. If you possess the required qualifications, your resume will be transmitted to the CD Alliance Inc. HR department.
For successful candidates (i.e. those who ultimately joins CD Alliance family) the following process can be expected:
Application – If a candidate is short listed on the basis of his or her resume, the CD Alliance HR department will request that the candidate to complete an application for Employment.
Interview — CD Alliance HR department invites the short listed candidates to interview. Interviews may be conducted at CD Alliance offices worldwide.
Orientation - Orientation may be conducted at CD Alliance corporate or regional offices when appropriate. The Orientation is designed to give the candidate a feel of CD Alliance working environment, our goals and expectations.
Offer — Upon completion of Orientation CD Alliance HR department will extend a written conditional offer of employment. This offer specifies the conditions that must be met by the candidate for employment to take place and outlines the compensation package being offered. A detailed "Salary Worksheet" is provided with the offer letter.
Offer Acceptance — The candidate must accept the offer in writing, by signing and returning one of the original offer letters.
Relocation Processing — After offer acceptance, the candidate is assigned a Relocation Advisor to assist in meeting processing requirements. Relocation is based on business needs and candidates demographic compatibility.
